QA/QC Introduction
Quality control department supervises both management system and products quality. It is in charge of: everyday operation of ISO9001 and ISO14001; implementation of examination plan including precaution and rectification measures; dealing with complaints of customers and all the accidents; checking on warehouse-in material, production process and completed products.
After regular training, all the staff of the department is awarded the credentials. The standard laboratory is equipped with advanced apparatus and bearings. These installations can conduct all kinds of performance tests of resistance to tension, curvature, hardness, surface treatment and so on. The high accurate examination tools assure the products quality under the strict testing requirements.
